Whimsical Whites' finish has been developed over many years. It is a subtle blend of distressing and "blistering". The secret is to make the finish look old and at the same time keep it fresh and clean. The process starts by completely stripping any old finish off of the piece. This ensures that it will be completely free of any lead based paint, and that the surfaces will be properly prepared to accept the new finish. The new finish is applied and sealed in 8 separate processes, and the final effect is beautiful, and unique. We have developed the proper mix and the look is terrific.
